Product Introduction

PCB two-dimensional code laser reprint marking machine (SL-Z500) is a special model specially used for marking bar codes, two-dimensional codes, characters, graphics and other information on printed circuit boards. It integrates a high-performance laser, a high-pixel CCD industrial camera, and a micron-level mobile module to realize automatic positioning before coding and automatic reading, rating and uploading data after coding.

The equipment can be connected to customer information systems through self-developed special software. The marking information can be automatically generated by the software system, and can also be received through the network. It can cooperate with SMT production line to operate online, or it can cooperate with automatic loading and unloading machines to form an offline workstation.

According to the needs of different customers, different types and numbers of lasers can be configured and combined into different PCB marking machines for customers to choose. The single laser head processing system corresponds to the single side marking of the PCB board; the double laser head processing system and the single laser head flap The processing system corresponds to double-sided or single-sided marking of PCB boards.

The equipment adopts a gantry structure, and the whole machine structure is firm and stable; the guide rail adopts synchronous belt transmission to ensure the service life and operation accuracy of the equipment; with different products, it can realize automatic focusing and automatic adjustment of track width, reducing the time for changing lines.

Product advantages

· UV laser marking system with precise XY mobile positioning platform can engrave and read 16-character two-dimensional codes as small as 0.8mmx0.8mm with low cost.

 

· Automatic marking and engraving, which can engrave multiple different contents set by the user at different positions during laser engraving, automatic reading, and the integration of engraving and reading.

 

· Equipped with LAN port configuration, with remote monitoring and network corresponding functions, and with the factory MIS system, it is convenient to capture and control the barcode content.

 

· PCB size compatible range 50X50mm to 350X350mm, thickness (pure PCB thickness): 0.3 mm ~ 6.0mm.

 

· Automatically adjust the track width to adapt to products of different sizes, suitable for the marking of PCB multi-boards produced by SMT.

 

· High production efficiency, UPH up to 600PC, low labor cost, convenient and fast operation and easy maintenance.

Scope of application
